Google Analytics 4 is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application to prepare reports on activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. In Google Analytics 4, IP addresses are used at the time of collection and discarded before the Data is recorded in any data center or server. These types of services allow the Owner to create user profiles based on an email address, a personal name, or other information that the User provides to this Application, as well as track User activities through analytics features. Some of these services may also be enabled to send the User scheduled messages, such as emails, based on actions performed within this Application.

Brevo marketing automation is a database management service provided by SendinBlue SAS.

This type of service allows this Application to manage the creation, employment, administration, distribution and analysis of online forms and surveys, in order to collect, save and reuse Data from any Users who respond.
The Personal Data collected depends on the information requested and provided by Users in the corresponding online form.
These services can be integrated with a wide range of third-party services to allow the Owner to take further steps with the processed Data – e.g.: managing contacts, sending messages, analytics, advertising and processing payments.
Meta Lead Ads (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
Meta Lead Ads is an advertising and data collection service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that allows form-based ads to be displayed to Users, populated with Personal Data from their Facebook profiles, such as names and email addresses. Depending on the type of ad, Users may be asked to provide additional information.
Submitting forms generates the collection and processing of this Data by the Owner, in accordance with this privacy policy, and only for the specific purpose described in the form and/or in this privacy policy, where provided.

- Heat mapping and session recording
Heat mapping services are used to display the areas of this Application that Users interact with most frequently. This shows what points of interest are. These services allow us to monitor and analyze web traffic and track User behavior.
Some of these services may record sessions and make them available for later visual replay.
Microsoft Clarity ()
Microsoft Clarity is a session recording and heat mapping service provided by @{replacement missing: en-US.privacy_policy_page.interpolation.replacement missing: en-
US.service_provider}. Microsoft processes or receives Personal Data through Microsoft Clarity, which may be used for any purpose in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including improving and providing Microsoft Advertising.

These types of services allow this Application to distribute its content using servers located in different countries and to optimize their performance.
Which Personal Data will be processed depends on the characteristics and the way in which these services are implemented. Their function is to filter communications between this Application and the User’s browser.

- Payment processing
Unless otherwise specified, this Application will process any payments via credit card, bank transfer or other means through third-party payment service providers. Meta Lookalike Audiences is a behavioral targeting and advertising service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that uses Data collected through Meta Custom Audiences in order to display ads to Users with similar behaviors to Users already in the Lookalike Audience list due to their previous use of this Application or engagement with relevant content on Meta applications and services. Based on this Data, personalized ads will be shown to Users suggested by Meta Lookalike Audiences.

Legal basis for processing

More information about retention time
Unless otherwise specified in this document, Personal Data will be processed and stored for the time necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, and may be retained for a longer period due to any applicable legal obligation or based on the Users’ consent.
Therefore:
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
- Personal Data collected for purposes related to the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill such purposes.
